Participating Wineries

Clovelly Vineyards

Clovelly Vineyards is located at a beautiful bend in the Chester River and is a third-generation Maryland Eastern Shore farm established in 1959. Wines are made from 100% hand-harvested Clovelly grapes. The winery offers primarily dry wines and has medaled at the prestigious Finger Lakes International Wine Competition. This Downrigging Weekend, Clovelly will feature their award winning Vidal Blanc, Pinot Gris and Devils Reach Red Blend. The newly released Hambleton Creek Red Blend will also be offered for special premium tastings. Come taste why this riverside vineyard and winery is “truly local and truly premium”.

Crow Vineyard & Winery

This award winning winery has become the model for successful farm diversification and the sustainability of rural integrity on the eastern shore. The Crow Family hosts a wine tasting room open year round and their business operations include a winery facility and on-site wine maker producing award-winning wines. The working farm includes a farmstay B&B and Grass-fed Angus Beef. Crow Vineyard & Winery in particular has helped changed the perception that quality local wines are being produced on the shore. Of note is their recent Gold Medal win for their 2015 Rose at the San Francisco International Wine Competition. Come sip the fruits of Crow Vineyard & Winery - an authentic Farm Winery.

Triple Creek Winery

Triple Creek Winery, located at an intersection of three creeks, is another winery brought to you by a generational farm family. The Spies began growing grapes a decade ago, producing and selling their wine under the Triple Creek brand. A visit to this winery and their open air tasting barn, is unassuming and welcoming in every way. Triple Creek wines benefit from son Corey’s skills earned as assistant winemaker at one of the earliest wineries founded on the Eastern Shore – St. Michaels Winery, and son Alex’s ag expertise as a grower of specialty hydroponic English cucumbers on the property since 2013. Come taste wines from this fun-loving family.
